Vaccinations, medication and travel advice

Travel Assessment

We offer a travel advice and immunisation service, however we only supply the free NHS Travel Vaccinations at this surgery. If you are travelling abroad please complete and submit the travel form in plenty of time (minimum 6-8 weeks) before your journey.

After you submit the above, we will contact you in due course about your form. For all other vaccinations that are not free (such as Hepatitis B and Yellow Fever), we will refer you to a relevant clinic for these.
